1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Orders

  • All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Due to ever changing costs, prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Payment

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order.

  • We accept various payment methods of web order, bank transfer, cash on collection or payment link.

4. Delivery

  • Please select the required delivery date upon checkout. For pre orders or bespoke orders, please contact us to arrange for you.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on availability and external factors. We will ensure to contact you with the information provided if there are any issues. 

  • Please ensure that delivery addresses are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or issues due to incorrect information. 

  • Due to the fresh produce, unfortunately we cannot offer redelivery.

5. Product Quality

  • We take pride in the freshness and quality of our products. In the unhopeful event that your order does not meet your expectation, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • All bouquets are supplied with care instructions and flower food. The bouquets will arrive carefully wrapped with a water pack for delivery purposes, which must be taken off immediately to avoid any bacteria.

  • We are not liable for any aftercare that may affect the quality and longevity of the arrangement.

6. Refunds & Returns 

To be eligible for a refund, the following must be made:

  • The flowers must be in their original condition

  • Photographic evidence of the issue

  • The request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. 

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on the following:

  • Funeral, occasion and custom arrangements

  • Requests that have been raised after 24 hours of delivery. 

  • Once your query is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider. 

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited beyond the purchase price of the items. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of My Beloved and Bloomed and may not be used without permission.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
